Facility Rental Requirements
1. The renter must be a member of Grace Fellowship Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
2. The renter is responsible for obtaining a key to the building, from the church secretary, and returning the key.
3. The renter is responsible for meeting with a member of the Building and Grounds Committee to understand the operation of the heating and cooling, sound, video, and lighting systems. Note that depending on the season, the renter may need to arrive a few hours before their event to set the desired temperature.
4. The renter is responsible for setting up before the event and cleaning up after the event.
5. The removal of church property (i.e., chairs and tables) requires permission of the trustees.
6. The renter will leave the facility as they found it and will be billed for damages to any church property.
7. Decorations requiring tacks, nails, glue, or tape that will damage property are not permitted.
8. No candles, rice, or confetti are allowed without written permission from the trustees.
9. There is no alcohol consumption or smoking permitted on the premises including the parking lot.
On Saturdays the sanctuary must be vacated by 7PM
RENTAL FEES
There is no fee for the use of reasonable space for a gathering following a baptism, profession of faith, or similar events if they occur immediately after a worship service.
